Madisonville Police Arrest Reports - June 5, 2014

mpd arrestlog3MADISONVILLE, Ky. (6/5/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following reports Thursday, June 5.

Melinda Peyton, 40, of Henderson was served an arrest warrant and charged June 4 for six counts of fraud use of credit cards, theft by unlawful taking over $10,000, theft of identity of another without consent, public intoxication, giving officer a false name and resisting arrest. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Shaina Covington, 18, of Madisonville was charged June 4 for wanton endangerment. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Gary Vincent, 42, of Dawson Springs was charged June 4 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Jay Stinson, 20, of Madisonville was charge June 4 for assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence, no visible injury. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.

Ryan Fowler, 34, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant June 4 for assault in the fourth degree. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.

Melissa Burner, 32, of Madisonville was served a summons June 4 for criminal littering. The arresting officer was Leslie Gregory.

Jeff Burner, 35, of Madisonville was served a summons June 4 for criminal littering. The arresting officer was Leslie Gregory.
