hc sher car 300HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (6/18/14) — The Hopkins County Sheriff's Office released the following reports Wednesday, June 18.

David L. Miller, 28, of Nortonville, was charged June 6 with operating an ATV on the roadway, two counts of fleeing/evading police, first offense, first-degree wanton endangerment, obscuring the ID of a machine, criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and no operators moped license.

Joseph A. Biggers II, of Henderson, was charged June 10 with operating on a suspended/revoked operator's license and two counts of second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

Tonya Dreyhaupt, 47, of Henderson, was charged June 11 on a warrant for theft by deception.

Roy Geary, 25, of Madisonville, was charged June 11 on a warrant for failure to appear.

Kimberly Hale, 19, of Dawson Springs, was charged June 11 on a warrant for failure to appear and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Brian Nelson, 31, of Providence, was charged June 12 on a warrant for four counts of third-degree sodomy and unlawful transaction with a minor.

Michael W. Watt, 31, of Smiths Grove, was charged June 14 on a warrant for failure to pay fines.

Heath Ray Dickerson, 29, of Madisonville, was charged with two counts of possession/viewing matter portraying sexual performance by a minor and distributing obscene matter to a minor.
