drug bust cc aptCENTRAL CITY, Ky. (6/26/14) ― Three people have been charged in relation to a marijuana-growing operation Wednesday, June 25 at Pam’s Place Apartments in Central City.

According to a Central City Police Department report, Det. Wade Shoemaker, assigned to the KSP/DESI (Drug Enforcement and Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force) and CCPD units received an anonymous tip of a possible marijuana grow in apartment No. 4 at the apartment complex.

Upon investigation, officers located three marijuana plants on the back deck of apartment No. 4  along with several items of drug paraphernalia and a quantity of processed marijuana inside the residence.

Zack Roberts, 19, Central City, was charged with cultivating marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Heather Roberts, 41, Central City, and Latricia Manuel were also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
