daviess arrestlog2 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (8/29/14) — Daviess County Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent arrests and citations:

Heather Black, 40, Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Amanda Odom, 33, Owensboro, was served a warrant on charges of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

Kenneth Wright, 41, Clay, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition less than $500.

Robert Musgrave, Jr., 58, Whitesville, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container and other traffic violations.

Michael Horton, 21, Utica, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Jessica Brown, 23, Owensboro, was charged with third degree burglary, fleeing or evading police on foot, and giving officers a false name or address.

Steve Fant, 52, Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

Keith Thomas, 30, Maceo, was charged with first degree sexual abuse.

Jack Phillips, 22, Naples, Fla., was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

Steven Cook, 41, Calhoun, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

Kyle Brandle, 19, Owensboro, was charged with possession of an open alcoholic beverage container, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and failure to notify owner of unattended vehicle regarding damage.

All suspects are innocent until convicted in a court of law.
