Drug arrest 01 300MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. (5/24/13) – The Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Office has reported that three ongoing investigations have resulted in three arrests of one Drakesboro and two Central City residents.
 
According to Sheriff Curtis McGehee, Muhlenberg County Sheriff Deputy Terry Vick arrested Lindsey M. Carter of Drakesboro on May 20. Carter has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
 
An investigation by the Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Department, Pennyrile Narcotic Task Force and Central City Police Department has resulted in the arrest of Cody Stewart of 210 J H Mitchell in Central City. On May 23, Stewart was arrested and lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention center; he is charged with possession of a controlled substance (meth) and tampering with physical evidence. The arrest stems from an investigation conducted by the above agencies on April 29 at Stewart’s residence. Stewart was lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
 
An investigation by Detective Wade Griggs of the Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Department has resulted in the arrest of Norman K. House of 335 N. 8th Street in Central City. On May 23, House purchased 30 hydrocodone (10mg) from a Confidential Informant in the parking lot of a Central City business. He is charged with Trafficking in a controlled substance 2nd degree, 1st offense. House was lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
