Bowling Green Chamber Brings Marketing Seminar to Area

facebook marketing 300BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (2/19/13) – On Thursday, February 21, U.S. Rep. Brett Guthrie will join representatives from Facebook to present a seminar to South Central Kentucky small business owners on how to leverage the world's largest social network.

Facebook and honorary co-host, the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce-will host a training seminar in Bowling Green that will show attendees everything from how to set up Facebook ads and Pages to more advanced tips and tricks for engaging with their customers and attracting new fans. Attendees will also be given $50.00 in Facebook advertising credits to help them get started with their Facebook marketing efforts.

Thursday's stop in Kentucky is part of Facebook's broader Small Business Roadshow program, which helps small businesses throughout the country acquire and retain customers, build a community around their business, and reach new customers among Facebook's one billion users.

This event will take place at the Western Kentucky University Knicely Conference Center at 2355 Nashville Road in Bowling Green, with Registration starting at 8:30 AM and the program beginning at 9:00 AM.
