Crosswinds Golf Course to Have Ribbon Cutting

crosswinds1BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (3/20/13) – Crosswinds Golf Course has a new addition called "Tee it Forward." This provides two additional blue and gold discs on each of the courses fairways. Youth players, beginners and those looking for a faster round of golf can tee off from these discs to experience quicker play and lower shooting scores. Experienced golfers can use these tees to hone aspects of their game or play a faster round.

A ribbon cutting will be held today (March 20) at 2 p.m. at the course for the additions. It will take place on the practice green. A Tee it Forward demonstration will take place on the first hole and light refreshments will be served immediately following on the clubhouse porch.

The Tee it Forward program is in place at Crosswinds, Paul Walker and Riverview golf courses.
