Morgantown Bank and Trust Robbed

Robbery 01 300BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (4/18/13) – On Thursday, Aril 18, at just around noon, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a possible burglary at Morgantown Bank and Trust, located at 1848 Morgantown Road.
 
Once on the scene, Deputies found that the bank had actually been robbed. The suspect is described as a white male with a bushy beard wearing a floppy hat, jeans, maroon shirt, and tennis shoes. Suspect was last seen wearing a white sling on his right arm. The suspect left the area in an older model tan Chevrolet Silverado truck, with a blue Mitt Romney sticker on the back window. The Truck was last seen heading northbound on Highway 231.

Anyone with information regarding this robbery is urged to contact Warren County Sheriff's Office at 270-842-1633.
