State Police, Ohio County Sheriff’s Department Report Discovery of Meth Lab in Cromwell

drug arrest meth 04 300OHIO COUNTY, Ky. (4/23/13) – Kentucky State Police Post 16 reported the arrest of a Cromwell woman on April 19 at 9:18 p.m. According to authorities, Trooper Jared Clemons, Trooper Kyle Lashley, and the Ohio County Sheriff’s Department went to residence in Cromwell after receiving information of possible drug activity at this residence.

While at the residence authorities allegedly located various ingredients used to manufacture methamphetamines as well as a HCL generator, a 1-step pot, and a jar of meth oil. Trooper Allen Lacy and Detective Nathan Jenkin responded to the residence to clean up the meth lab.

Trisha Weber was arrested on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and transported to the Ohio County Detention Center. The case remains under investigation and more arrests are likely to follow.
