Three Arrested in Robbery Investigation

BURGLARY GREEN 300BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (5/27/13) – Three people were charged in connection with a reported burglary in the 5300 block of Scottsville Rd. on May 22, according to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities said they responded to report of a robbery in progress at 8:51 p.m. where they “observed a suspicious vehicle leaving” the scene.

When attempting to stop the vehicle, authorities said the driver allegedly attempted to flee, but that officers overtook the vehicle as it reached the intersection of Plano Rd. and the William Natcher Parkway.

Three people in the vehicle were identified as suspects at the scene of the reported robbery. Damien Clark, 21, Tristan Neal, 23, and Benjamin Keown, 24, all of Bowling Green, were arrested and charged with First Degree Burglary, First Degree Robbery, First degree Assault, Trafficking in Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

A juvenile victim that was allegedly assaulted during the robbery was taken to the Medical Center for treatment of injuries.

Bowling Green/Warren County Drug Task Force assisted at the scene. The investigation is continuing.
