BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (10/3/13) – On Wednesday, October 2, 2013, at approximately 2:04 p.m., the Warren County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an injury collision near the intersection of Glasgow Rd and Oakland Flatrock Road.
Upon investigation it was determined that the Unit 1, a gold 2001 Buick, driven by William Mains of LaGrange, In was travelling westbound on Glasgow Rd, and turned right into a driveway to turn around and entered back into the roadway. He pulled into the path of Unit 2, which was being driven by Tabitha Vibbert of Edmonton, KY. Unit 2 struck the driver’s side of Unit 1.
Both the driver of Unit 1, and his passenger, Lenda Mains of LaGrange were transported by EMS. The driver of Unit 2 was not transported, but her passenger, Sabrina Rowlett also of Edmonton, was transported by EMS.
Neither alcohol nor drugs are believed to be a factor in this collision. All parties were wearing seat belts at the time of collision.
This collision remains under investigation.
