Speaker Series: Suspense Author Jeffery Deaver Visits Warren County Public Library

warren co pub library2 300BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (3/5/14) — International best-selling author Jeffery Deaver will speak at the Bob Kirby Branch on Thursday, April 10 at 6:00 p.m.

Deaver will discuss his latest book "Trouble in Mind".

A former journalist, folksinger and attorney, his novels have appeared on bestseller lists around the world, including The New York Times, The Times, Corriere della Sera, and Los Angeles Times.

His books are sold in 150 countries and have been translated into over twenty-five languages.

Deaver is best known for his Kathryn Dance and Lincoln Rhyme thrillers, most notably "The Bone Collector", which was made into a feature film starring Denzel Washington and Angelina Jolie. His most recent novels are "The Kill Room", a Lincoln Rhyme novel, and "XO", a Kathryn Dance thriller as well as "Carte Blanche", the latest James Bond continuation novel, a number-one international bestseller.

Deaver has been nominated for seven Edgar Awards from the Mystery Writers of America, an Anthony Award and a Gumshoe Award.
