Runner Jumped in Bowling Green

assaultinvestigationBOWLING GREEN, Ky. (3/20/14) — Warren County Sheriff's deputies responded to an assault that occurred at approximately 12:58 p.m. March 19 in the 500 block of Plano Richpond Road.

The victim stated that while running in the area, he was jumped by three white males on the side of the road. The victim was injured in the altercation by a knife.

The victim advised there were four suspects that left the area in a blue Nissan passenger car last seen traveling outbound on Plano Richpond Road.

One suspect was wearing a black t-shirt and shorts and was also injured during the altercation. The suspect is approximately 5 foot 9 inches tall and may have suffered a cut on his right arm.
