UPDATE - Warren County Burglary and Kidnapping

 

missing found 300 11WARREN COUNTY, Ky. (6/4/14) — Robert Pomeroy turned himself at the Warren County Sheriff's Office today at approximtely 11:30 a.m.

Lillian Pomeroy was recovered and was unharmed.

Pomeroy was arrested and lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail on the warrant issued for Kidnapping.

WARREN COUNTY, Ky. (6/3/14) — Attached is a photograph of the 20 month old child, Lillian Dawn Pomeroy.

UPDATE: Warren County Sheriff's Deputies and Kentucky State Police arrested Sabrina Vanmeter at 1011 Jack Simmons Road at approximately 10:47 a.m. Vanmeter was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail on a warrant for kidnapping.

The investigation continues.

Warrants have been issued for the arrest of Robert Brent Pomeroy and Sabrina Nicole Vanmeter.

 

Despite false social media inquiries, the case has not been resolved and the child hasn't been returned at this time.

The Warren County Sheriff's Office is working with the Kentucky State Police regarding the issuance of an Amber Alert. The Warren County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in locating Pomeroy, Vanmeter and Lillian.

Anyone with information regarding this case is urged to contact 9-1-1 or (270) 842-1633.

WARREN COUNTY, Ky. (6/3/14) — Warren County Sheriff's Office received a call, June 2, 2014 8:27 p.m., of a burglary and kidnapping at 6040 Scottsville Road.

According to the complainant, Robert Pomeroy, 25, of Bowling Green, forced his way into the residence taking an 18 month old female child. Pomeroy is the child's biological noncustodial father.

Robert-PomeroyRobert PomeroyThe complainant advised that Pomeroy fled the area in a late 1990s or early 2000 model off-white 4 door Lexus car. No registration plate is available at this time. Pomery was described as 5'10 and 180 lbs. and was last seen wearing a black shirt and camo pants. He has shaved his head and a thin beard. Pomeroy is in the company of his girlfriend, Sabrina Vanmeter. The child was taken from the bathtub, therefore, had no clothes on at the time of the incident.

Both Pomeroy and Vanmeter are wanted for questioning.

The Warren County Sheriff's Office is working with the Kentucky State Police regarding the issuance of an Amber Alert.
