Dawson Springs Police Report – July 29, 2013

DS arrest logDAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. (7/29/13) – The following is your weekly update on law enforcement activity in the Dawson Springs area.
 
On July 22, James O. Miller, 39, of Pine Street in Dawson Springs was charged with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place and Disorderly Conduct – 2nd Degree. Captain Craig Patterson was assisted in the case by Josh Travis.
 
Mickey Royal, 29, of Racetrack Road in Dawson Springs was charged with Non-Payment of Fines on a Hopkins County warrant and Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Failure to Render Aid and No Insurance. Josh Travis was the charging officer.
 
On July 24, Christopher Tate, 23, of South Caroline Street in Madisonville was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol and Operating a Motor Vehicle on a Suspended Operator’s License. Captain Patterson was the charging officer.
 
Krista Huddleston, 23, of Union Grove Avenue in Dawson Springs was charged with Non-payment of Fines on a Crittenden County warrant. Captain Patterson was the charging officer.
 
Corey Wheeler of Sugg Street in Madisonville was charged with Non-payment of Fines on a Hopkins County warrant. Captain Patterson was the charging officer.
 
On July 26, Terry Darnell, 60, of East Hall Street in Dawson Springs was charged with Theft by Deception on a Hopkins County warrant and Theft by Deception on a Caldwell County Criminal Summons. Chief Bill Crider was the charging officer.
 
Patricia Morgan, 43, of Oak Hill Circle in Nortonville was charged with Failure to Appear on a Christian County warrant and No Insurance, Failure of License to be in Possession and Failure to Notify Address Change to Department of Transportation. Captain Patterson was the charging officer.
 
Athon Hopson, 64, of Russell Street in Wheatcroft was charged with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. Josh Travis was assisted in the case by Captain Patterson.
 
Larry Gamble, 34, of Frederick Road in Dawson Springs was charged with Assault-4th Degree, Domestic Violence. Josh Travis was the charging officer.
 
Carl Martin, 56, of Racetrack Road in Dawson Springs was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs and Contempt of Court on a Hopkins County warrant. Josh Travis was assisted in the case by Captain Patterson.
 
Ernesto Rodriguez, 22, of Rosedale Court was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, No Operator’s License and Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument. Brad Ross was the charging Officer.
 
On July 27, Chris Hallum, 35, of Walnut Grove Road was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking – Shoplifting. Josh Travis was the charging officer.
 
On July 28, Clifford Barnes, 39, of Munn Street in Dawson Springs was charged with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. Brad Ross was the charging officer.
