OWENSBORO, Ky. (3/12/14) – A family business that’s been in Evansville, Ind., for almost 40 years celebrated the expansion of its business into Owensboro on Tuesday with a Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting.

Ashley Furniture’s newest location off Ky. Hwy. 54 opened a week ago after about a year of construction and closer to four years in developing all the details.

Tim Bosler and Adam Bosler greeted customers who came to show support for the new store location. They said they didn’t know when their family started working on the idea of opening an Owensboro location that it would take as long as it did.

Tim Bosler said they had looked at several different properties before settling on the current location.

Being close to Hwy. 54 was always as a goal of the project as well.
