Hopkins County Traffic Advisory

road closed yellow 300HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (3/25/14) – A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to close KY 502 in Hopkins County starting Tuesday, April 1, 2014.

KY 502/Coiltown Road will be closed at mile point 3.246 to allow replacement of the Clear Creek Bridge.

This closure point is along KY 502 is between High Glory Road and John Lansden Road.

Local access will be maintained for property owners on each side of the closure point. Scott & Murphy, Inc. of Bowling Green is the prime contractor on this $1,496,471 bridge replacement project.

The anticipated completion date is July 31, 2014.
