mpd arrestlogMADISONVILLE, Ky. (4/3/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Thursday, April 3.

John M. Morgan, 42, of Madisonville was charged April 2 for assault fourth degree (domestic violence) minor injury. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.

Leslie M. Utley, 30, of Princeton was charged April 2 for operating on suspended/revoked license. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.

Reatha R. Motes, 52, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant April 2 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Richard Cobb.

Maurice J. Day, 25, of Madisonville was served two arrest warrants April 2 for failure to appear, citation for misdemeanor. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.

Christopher Guynn, 33, of Henderson was served four arrest warrants April 2 for Henderson County. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.

Nicola D. Clary, 40, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant April 2 for probation violation. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.

Amie N. Gibson, 33, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant April 2 for failure to appear. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.

Cody E. Howton, 22, of Dawson Springs was served an arrest warrant April 2 for Muhlenberg County. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.
