Madisonville Police Arrest Reports - April 21, 2014

mpd arrestlogMADISONVILLE, Ky. (4/21/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Monday, April 21.

Tonia S. Holmes, 40, of Madisonville was charged April 18 for alcohol intoxication in a public place first or second offense. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.

Jerry W. Lewis, 76, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant April 18 for cruelty to animals second degree. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Robert Robison, 22, of Madisonville was charged April 18 for receiving stolen property under $10,000. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Kevin O. Ezell, 49, of Nebo was served an arrest warrant April 18 for theft by unlawful disposition all others under $500. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

William W. Royal, 49, of Louisville was charged April 18 for trafficking in a controlled substance first degree first offense (less than two grams meth), and drug paraphernalia-buy/possess. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

LaSheena Minor, 27, of Madisonville was charged April 18 for operating on a suspended or revoked operators license. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Tina Moore, 50, of Madisonville was charged April 18 for operating on a suspended or revoked operators license. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Jennifer A. Adamson, 30, of Providence was charged April 18 for possession of a controlled substance first degree first offense (meth), unauthorized use of motor vehicle first offense, and drug paraphernalia-buy/possess. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Kristie R. Gentry, 30, of Providence was charged April 18 for operating on a suspended or revoked operators license. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Michael T. Riordan, 30, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant April 18 for trafficking in a controlled substance second degree first offense (less than 20 units of barbituate. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Dianna L. Michael, 48, of Madisonville was charged April 18 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs first offense. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Amphes Slaton, 50, of Madisonville was charged April 19 for alcohol intoxication in a public place first and second offense. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Travis D. Hobbs, 37, of Earlington was charged April 19 for alcohol intoxication in a public place first and second offense. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Richard L. Cotton, 42, of Madisonville was charged April 19 for drinking alcoholic beverage in a public place. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Jamie L. Woods, 27, of Earlington was charged April 19 for alcohol intoxication in a public place first or second offense. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.

Raymond J. Stephens, 25, of Hopkinsville was charged April 19 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol/etc .08, and possession of a controlled substance third degree (drug unspecified). The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.

William E. Smith, 63, of Madisonville was charged April 19 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc .08 first offense. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Whitney B. Austin, 24 of Madisonville was charged April 19 for possession of marijuana. The arresting officer was Blake Carlisle.

Austin R. VanMatre, 19, of Madisonville was charged April 19 for alcohol intoxication first offense, drinking alcoholic beverage in a public place first offense, and person 18 to 20 possess/purchase/attempt to purchase/have another purchase alcohol. The arresting officer was Blake Carlisle.

Jamel L. Woods, 27, of Earlington was served an arrest warrant April 19 for two counts non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.

Richard L. Cotton, 43, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant April 19 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.

Jon C. Ronemous, 25, of Madisonville was charged April 20 for assault fourth degree (domestic violence) minor injury. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.

Jonathon Ford, 33, of Madisonville was charged April 20 for fleeing or evading police second degree, resisting arrest, alcohol intoxication in a public place first and second offense, and disorderly conduct second degree. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Hollie Joy, 28, of Madisonville was charged April 20 for operating on a suspended or revoked operators license, and failure to produce insurance card. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Jamie N. McCrowan, 33, of Madisonville was charged April 20 for assault fourth degree (domestic violence) minor injury. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Nicholas P. Sanders, 33, of Madisonville was charged April 20 for endangering the welfare of a minor. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Jennifer D. Sanders, 28, of Madisonville was charged April 20 for endangering the welfare of a minor. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
