  • The Madisonville Airport Committee will meet 5 p.m. May 12 on 162 Airport Road. For more information, call: (270) 824-2110.

  • The James Madison Middle School Site-Based Council will meet in special session 3:30 p.m. Monday, May 12, in the school library.

  • The Earlington Elementary School Site-Based Council will meet 3 p.m. May 14 at the school. For more information, call: (270) 825-6000.

  • The Madisonville-Hopkins County Chamber of Commerce will hold a Chamber Sunrise Session 7:30 a.m. May 15 at Ollie’s Place, located at 601 McCoy Avenue. For more information, call: (270) 821-3435.

  • The 20th Annual “Forrest’s First” Battle of Sacramento will be held all day May 16 through May 18 in Sacramento. For more information, call: (270) 736-2254.

  • Pam’s Dance Barn will hold a public dance from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. May 16 at 35 Cedar Lane. For more information, call: (270) 836-4649.

  • Hopkins County Tourism will hold the Madisonville Open Disc Golf Tournament from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 17 and May 18 at the Madisonville City Park. For more information, call: (270) 821-4171.

  • The Madisonville Historic District Commission will meet in regular session Tuesday, May 13, 2014, 5:00 p.m. (CST) in the second floor conference room of City Hall.
