Accident with Injury

accident injuries amb 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (6/23/14) — The Kentucky State Police responded to a moped accident involving Samuel McCoy.

Mr. McCoy was traveling on Lower River Road and lost control of his moped, leaving the roadway and traveling into an earth embankment.

A strong odor of alcohol was detected coming from Mr. McCoy.

Mr. McCoy was transported by ambulance to Owensboro Medical Health Systems for treatment of his injuries.

Mr. McCoy was cited to court for the charge of DUI Third and Driving DUI suspended First.
