oboro police 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (7/2/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the recent arrests and citations:

Jordan Adams, 22, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

Kevin Baize, 21, of Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Zachery Basham, 19, of Owensboro, was charged with sexual misconduct.

Hugh Boarman, 29, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sarah Burden, 37, of Owensboro, was charged with illegal possession of a legend drug.

Ronnie Denson, 50, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Mary Alexander, 34, of Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault, second degree disorderly conduct, alcohol intoxication in a public place, and resisting arrest.

Manford Girten, 27, of Greenville, was charged with violation of a Kentucky emergency order of protection and carrying a concealed weapon.

Billy McLimore, 30, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

Petros Poulous, 33 of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

Lacy Stagner, 43, address unknown, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle registration plate and theft by deception including cold checks.

Latoya Wells, 31, of Owensboro, was charged with six counts of theft by deception including cold checks and two counts of failure to appear.
