underage drinking 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (5/15/13) – The Owensboro Police Department is partnering with River Valley Behavioral Health Regional Prevention Center as officers continue to enforce underage drinking laws.

The River Valley Behavioral Health Regional Prevention Center has provided OPD with an Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws (EUDL) grant.
