HOPKINS COUNTY, KY (3/21/13) - The following is your weekly update on local restaurant inspections for the Hopkins County area, courtesy of the Hopkins County Health Department:

Burger King - 99
Minor violation:
•Liquid spillage inside two cooler units

Dixie Pan Restaurant – 99 (Follow-up) (3/19/13)
Minor violation:
•Warmer door gasket in poor repair

First United Methodist Church – 100
No violations

Jesse Stuart Elementary School Cafeteria - 100
No violations

Salvation Army Kitchen – 99
Minor violation:
•Debris build up in bottom of cooler and under three compartment sink

The next food training class will be on April 9, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. If you or your employees would like to enroll, please call April at (270) 821-5242 ext 263.

If for any reason you can’t make the scheduled food training class, we will be willing to schedule different times or days.
