student loveMADISONVILLE, Ky. (4/17/13) – Madisonville Community College (MCC) is pleased to announce the selection of Jordan Love, from Earlington, as the “Student of the Month” for March 2013.

In addition to being described as “one of the best students I have ever had” by a math professor, Jordan’s nominations shared that he successfully completed Calculus II before mid-term using the Emporium Model and was allowed to enrolled in Calculus III. He is currently halfway through the course and will complete during the summer semester.

Jordan is a tutor in the Learning Center and has several clients that speak highly of him. He is active in the Hopkins County Home Schoolers Association and is very active in an organization that is supplying clean water for tribes in Africa.

Jordan recently raised over $1,000 for donation to the organization.
