WESTERN Ky. (9/30/13) – For several months throughout the year, we have experienced weather conditions going up and down, hardly knowing what to expect next. It looks like we’re back on the trampoline this week, with fog, sunshine, clouds, rain, thunder, lightning, all in one week.
On Monday the region will see cloudy conditions throughout the day and into the evening hours. Overnight there will be patchy fog forming, carrying over into Tuesday. Mondays temperatures will be mild, with a high around 73 degrees in the day and 60 at night.
Tuesday will start out with patchy fog, and local drivers are urged to use caution in the early morning hours. The day will remain mostly cloudy with a high around 79 degrees. Conditions will remain the same on Tuesday night with a low around 60 and a slight breeze.
Wednesday will bring with it a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, with the sun coming and going throughout the day. The chance for storms takes a small jump overnight with a 30 percent chance and a low around 63 degrees.
Thursday will have a 30 percent chance of showers and storms, again with the sun peeking in and out, and a high near 81 degrees. Thursday night we will see a large drop in the chance for storms and a low around 65 degrees.
On Friday we have another very small chance of showers and storms, sun and clouds mixing throughout the day with a high near 82 degrees. Friday evening we will see the same conditions, with a low around 61 degrees.
