opd arrestlog1 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (11/1/13) -The Owensboro Police Department reported the following criminal activity on Thursday, Oct. 31:

James, R. Smith, Jr., of the 500 block of W 15th St, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place first and second offense.

James W. Robertson, Jr., of the 300 block of E 3rd St, was arrested at 10:24 p.m. on two counts of manufacturing methamphetamine first offense, first degree possession of a controlled substance first offense methamphetamine, and unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor first offense.

Adrienne C. Anderson, of the 300 block of E 3rd St, was arrested at 9:47 p.m. on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine first offense, unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor first offense, tampering with physical evidence, and first degree possession of a controlled substance first offense methamphetamine.
