HOPKINSVILLE, KY - Margaret Ann Lewis Gilbreath, 89, of Hopkinsville died Sunday, June 17, 2012 at Western State Nursing Facility in Hopkinsville following a long illness.
A native of Decater, Alabama, she was born on December 9, 1922 the daughter of the late William Albert Lewis and Nell Mae Rauschenberg Lewis. She was a homemaker, cub scout leader, an artist, and P.T.A. volunteer at Morningside Elementary School. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest Clifford Gilbreath, in 1988.
Survivors include a son; Ford Lewis Gilbreath, Seattle, WA, two daughters; Cliff Ann Lewis, Shelby, N.C. and Nell Lee Ritzheimer, Hopkinsville, KY. Four Grandchildren, Eleven Great Grandchildren, and two Great Great Grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Riverside Cemetery, Hopkinsville. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral time on Wednesday at Hughart & Beard Funeral Home, Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
