Alline Bostick Cornelius, 88, of Hopkinsville, KY

HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. - Alline Bostick Cornelius, 88, of Hopkinsville, KY passed away at 10:20 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at Covington’s Convalescent Center after a brief illness.

A native of Christian County born February 20, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Beverly Christmas and Mattie Pearl Hale Bostick.

She had been a homemaker and a self-employed farmer. She was a member of Millbrooke Christian Church.

Survivors include her husband, Cecil Ray Cornelius, one daughter, Ginger Lovely, Hopkinsville, two grandchildren; Tyler Eaton, Griffin, Georgia and Lana Dalton (Niall), Sierra Madre, California and one great-grandchild, Gabriel Dalton.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Cornelius Eaton in May, 1986, one brother, Lon Bostick and three half-brothers; L.M. Bostick, Theodore Bostick and Dick Bostick.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 11, 2013 at Hughart & Beard Funeral Home in Hopkinsville conducted by Rev. John Strode with burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Larry Kisselbaugh, Donnie Kisselbaugh, Steve Bostick, Jeff Bostick, Craig Cornelius and Jeff Cornelius.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
