HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. - Melissa Ann Yates Gray, age 49, of Hopkinsville, KY passed away 1:55PM Thursday, March 14, 2013 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN of natural causes.

Mrs. Gray was born January 21, 1964, in Hopkinsville, KY, the daughter of Tom and Ann Holsapple Yates of Hopkinsville, KY. Melissa completed her undergraduate degree at Georgetown College, and her doctorate of Pharmacy Degree at the University of Kentucky. She was a Pharmacist at Jennie Stuart Medical Center. She was a lifetime member of First Baptist Church, and the Sigma Kappa Sorority at Georgetown College.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband of 22 years, Andrew Gray of Hopkinsville, KY; her daughters, Lindsay Elizabeth Gray and Andrea Leigh Gray both of Hopkinsville, KY; her mother-in-law, Dottie Gray of Hopkinsville, KY; her sister-in-laws, Amy Gray VanHeyningen and her husband, Mike of Rochester, IN, and Jane Gray Boley and her husband, Brian of Hopkinsville; her nephews, Will VanHeyningen of Rochester, IN, and Noah Boley of Hopkinsville, KY.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at First Baptist Church with Dr. Rick Stevens and Dr. Chuck Gaines officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 PM Monday, March 18, 2013 at First Baptist Church. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home in Hopkinsville, KY is in charge of arrangements.
