McCay Chiropractic Supports Local Ministries

mccay 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (3/26/13) – McCay Chiropractic will be offering services to both new and current patients in reciprocation for donations to help support the local Breaking Bread Ministries. This past November, McCay’s was able to collect enough food donations to feed 500 people here in Hopkins County.
 
Starting Monday, April 8, 2013 thru Friday April 12, 2013 for new patients only, a new patient can start Chiropractic Care for the cost of 5 (minimum) canned goods. The donation of the canned good will cover the new patient’s first visit, which includes: Case History, Examination and X-Rays (if necessary).
 
Those who are currently patients have a chance to donate on Saturday April 13, 2013 from 8:00am – 11:00am and will receive an adjustment for the cost of 5 (minimum) canned goods. However, therapy will not be available that day.
 
For both current and new patients, you have the right to rescind, within seventy-two (72) hours, any obligation to pay for services performed in addition to this free or discounted service. Also, due to legal restrictions, this offer is not available to patients with state or federally funded healthcare plans, such as Medicaid and Medicare.
