Dale Meredith Kizzee, age 73, of Hopkinsville, KY

HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. - Dale Meredith Kizzee, age 73, of Hopkinsville, KY passed away Thursday, April 18, 2013 at his home of natural causes.

Mr. Kizzee was born on March 25, 1940 in North Kenova, Ohio the son of the late Ralph and Hazel Freeman Kizzee. Dale was retired from Flynn Enterprises. He was a member of Corner Stone Church of God. Dale was preceded in death by his sons, Brian Keith Kizzee in 1963, and Ralph William Kizzee in 1964; his brother, Robert Kizzee in 2007; his granddaughter, Megan Elizabeth Kizzee in 2005.

Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Sharon Lendzion Kizzee of Hopkinsville, KY; his son, Stephen Kizzee of Lapeer, MI; his daughters, Shawn Burns-Poirer of St. Clair, MI, Crystal Longar of Hopkinsville, KY, Kirsten Brown of Hopkinsville, KY, and Rachel Lendzion of MI; his brother, Gary Kizzee of Hopkinsville, KY, his sister, Joyce Johnson of Hopkinsville, KY; eleven grandchildren, a great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, April 22, 2013 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with Mr. Kenneth Longar officiating. Burial will follow in KY Veterans Cemetery West Visitation will be from 2:00 Pm until 5:00 PM on Sunday, April 21, 2013 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Pennyroyal Hospice, Inc., 220 Burley Avenue, Hopkinsville, KY. 42240.lin
