Carole Vass, a native of Bessemer, Alabama

flower03HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. - Carole Vass, a native of Bessemer, Alabama passed away September 3, 2013. She was born June 30, 1936, the daughter of the late Albert Edward and Lucy Frances Aldridge Tyler. She was Retired from the assembly line at Moe Light (Thomas Industries). She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. Her husband, Bobby F. Vass, passed away in 2001.

Survivors include two daughters, Cindy Vass Guillion, Shelbyville, Kentucky and Becky Vass Fredman, Port Orange, Florida; two sisters, Reta McCombs, Birmingham, Alabama, and Sandra DePrima, Lexington, Kentucky; and three grandchildren.

Visitation: 5-7 p.m., Friday, September 6, 2013

Funeral Service: 1 p.m., Saturday, September 7, 2013

Interment: Rosedale Cemetery
