arrestlog300HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (11/14/13) — The Hopkins County Sheriff's Office released the following arrest reports Thursday, Nov. 14.

Johnathon Stokes, 23, of Moss Avenue, Earlington, was charged Nov. 4 with trafficking in syntheric drugs.

Travis L. Williams, 39, Browder Church Road, Madisonville, was charged Nov. 4 with assault.

Carl E. Hogan, 28, of S. Main Street, Madisonville, was charged Nov. 5 with alcohol intoxication.

Charles A. Mayes, 34, of Carriage Lane, Henderson, was charged Nov. 7 with parole violation.

Jeremy Hamack, 36, of Barnsley Loop, Madisonville, was charged Nov. 8 with bond withdrawal.

Mark D. West, 22, of S. Kentucky Avenue, Madisonville, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tanner D. Baldwin, 18, of E. Morton Street, Mortons Gap, was charged Nov. 10 with trafficking in synthetic cannabinoid.

Timothy L. Cox, 49, Rutter Ave., Earlington, was charged Nov. 12 on a warrant for failure to pay.

Craig R. Davenport, 29, Reservoir St., Central City, was charged Nov. 12 with manslaughter, tampering with physical evidence, persistent felony offender.

Jairo R. Cocuyo, 36, Basham Lane, Madisonville, was charged Nov. 13 with contempt of court.

George Townsell, 25, Wells Road, Nortonville, was charged Nov. 13 with violation of an emergency protective order.

Clifton M. Davis, 50, North First Street, Madisonville, was charged Nov. 13 with disregarding a stop sign, reckless driving, failure to/or improper signal, failure to be in possession of license, failure to produce insurance card, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, improper start from a parked position, and failure to wear a seatbelt.
