Samantha Henderson Fooshee, 46

HOPKINSVILLE, KY - Samantha Henderson Fooshee, 46, Shallow Lake Circle, died at 2:45 p.m., Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center following a long illness.

A native of Hopkinsville, she was born June 28, 1965 the daughter of the late Otho Lee Henderson and Dorothy Moman Henderson of Hopkinsville, KY. She was a homemaker and attended Hillcrest Baptist Church.

Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband, R.T. Fooshee, Jr.; one daughter, Lori Beth Fooshee, of the home, one step-son, Bradley Thomas Fooshee of Benton, KY; two brothers, Howard Henderson and Jim Henderson both of Hopkinsville; a sister, Patricia Henderson also of Hopkinsville; one grandson, Drake Walker Fooshee, and two nephews, Joshua Henderson and Howard Lee Henderson.

Services will be Saturday, November 6, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Hughart & Beard Funeral Home in Hopkinsville with Rev. Bob Sipper officiating. Burial will follow in Powell Cemetery, Lafayette, KY. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m., until 8:00 p.m., Friday at Hughart & Beard Funeral Home in Hopkinsville.

Contributions may take the form of donations to Heritage Christian Academy.
