Dawson Springs Police Report – Feb. 24, 2014

dawsonspringsarrestlog 3DAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. (2/24/14) — The Dawson Springs Police Department released the following reports Monday, Feb. 24.

Zachary Bindoo, 21, Dawson Springs, was charged Feb. 17 with a probation violation on a Caldwell County warrant. Capt. Craig Patterson was the charging officer, assisted by Chief Bill Crider and Bobby Hadley.

Treston Fambrough, 19, Dawson Springs, was charged Feb. 17 with contempt of court on a Hopkins County warrant. Brad Ross was the charging officer.

William Kelley, 20, Princeton, was charged Feb. 17 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on a Hopkins County warrant. Capt. Craig Patterson was the charging officer, assisted by Bobby Hadley.

Stacy Morris, 34, address unknown, was charged Feb. 18 with contempt of court on a Caldwell County warrant and contempt of court on a Lyon County warrant. Capt. Craig Patterson was the charging officer.

Dillon Shelton, 18, Dawson Springs, was charged Feb. 21 with trafficking in marijuana on a Hopkins County warrant. Chief Bill Crider was the charging officer.

Jonathan Plante, 28, St Charles, was charged Feb. 22 with driving on a DUI suspended license, failure to produce insurance card, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Captain Craig Patterson was the charging officer.

Russell Terry, 48, Dawson Springs, was charged Feb. 22 with nonpayment of fines on a Hopkins County warrant. Brad Ross was the charging officer.

Scottie Utley, 49, Madisonville, was charged Feb. 23 with theft by deception on a Hopkins County warrant. Brad Ross was the charging officer.
