muhlL sheriff 300DRAKESBORO, Ky. (4/17/14) — Muhlenberg County Sheriff's Deputy Derrick Moore charged a Drakesboro man with second degree wanton endangerment after receiving a complaint that he was an unwanted person at a residence in Drakesboro.

According to Muhlenberg County Sheriff's report, when officers arrived in the area, Moore spotted Zackery S. Stephens passing another vehicle on a hill on Kentucky 176. After Moore stopped Stephens, Stephens told Moore that he was hoping to meet another car so there would be an accident, the report said.

Stephens was charged with second-degree wanton endangerment, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was lodged in the Muhlenberg Detention Center.

Deputies Albro and Jenkins and the Greenville Police Department assisted.
