HOPKINSVILLE, KY - Charles (Charlie) H. Johnson, a native of Winona, Mississippi, passed away on December 5, 2011.
The son of the late John Walter & Anna Lois Bramley Johnson. He was retired as an Army first sergeant and was a Vietnam War veteran. He was a volunteer fireman with the Northwest Fire Department and was a volunteer for the American Red Cross. He was a member of the Ameerican Legion.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Johnson; two sons, Charles Howard Johnson, Jr., Mobile, Alabama, Bradley Holmes, Herndon; three daughters, Teresa Douthitt, Hopkinsville, Loritta Hyndman, Chandler, Indiana, Karen Bruce, Christian County; 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation is at 10 a.m., Wednesday, December 7, 2011.
Funeral Service is at 12 p.m., Wednesday, December 7, 2011 with interment at Hawkins Cemetery. Funeral arranged through Lamb Funeral Home.
