Mary (Ebbie) Howard Studer, 91

 

OWENSBORO, KY - Mary (Ebbie) Howard Studer, 91, passed away Monday, February 27, 2012 at Hillcrest Nursing & Rehab.

She was born October 11, 1920 to the late William Linus and Effie Sparks Howard. She was retired from General Electric and enjoyed her family, traveling, shopping and eating out, She was a member of Immaculate Catholic Church for 30 years.

Aside from her parents she was preceded in death by two husbands, Claude Frazier and Clayton Studer. She is also preceded in death by her brothers, Emmitt Howard, Pat Howard, Buck Howard, Andrew Howard, and Ralph Howard, her sisters, Murt Hardesty, Mae Rummage and Lucy Coomes Millay.

Surviving are her children, Beverly (Fred) Bosley of Owensboro, David (Sandy) Frazier of Owensboro, Dennis (Sherry) Frazier of Gulf Shores, AL, five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, three step grandchildren and eleven step great-grandchildren.

Services will be 10:00am Friday, March 2, 2012 at Immaculate Catholic Church with Reverend Tony Jones officiating and burial to follow in Resurrection Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00pm Thursday at Haley-McGinnis & Owensboro Funeral Home and from 8:30 to 9:30am Friday at the funeral home. Prayers will be 6:00pm Thursday.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
