Nancy B. Shutt, formerly of Greenville, KY

 

GREENVILLE, KY - Nancy B. Shutt, formerly of Greenville, KY, passsed away Thursday, March 8, 2012. She was born in Dixon, KY and was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. John R. Shutt, her parents and by four sisters and four brothers.

She was a member of Owensboro Christian Church. She retired from the Muhlenberg County Library and The Job Corp Center in Greenville, KY. She enjoyed reading and sewing.

She is survived by her daughter, Carson Smith of Owensboro; her son, John Shutt (Marilyn) of Sellersburg, IN; granddaughter, Jessica Ford (Bart) and two great grandchildren all of Bloomington, IN and a brother, John Batsel (Pat) of Boulder, CO.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at Evergreen Cemetery in Greenville, KY. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Gideon's International, P.O. Box 1133, Owensboro, KY 42302.
