Marie Hazel Miller, 88

OWENSBORO, KY - Marie Hazel Miller, 88, was born June 29, 1923 in St. Joseph, KY to the late Edward Otis and Mary Jo Merimee Wathen. She was a 1942 graduate of Mt. St. Joseph Academy. She was a homemaker and beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, friend and faithful prayer warrior. She was a member of St. Alphonsus Church.

In addition to her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Weston Miller in 2004.

Survivors include her son Gary Wathen of Owensboro and 2 daughters, Donna Gregory of Breman and Marnitta Woosley and husband Danny of Calhoun; seven grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

Services will be 10:00am Monday, March 26, 2012, at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church with Father Ray Goetz officiating and burial to follow in St. Alphonsus Cemetery.

Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00pm at Haley-McGinnis & Owensboro Funeral Home and Monday from 8:30 to 9:30am. Prayers Sunday 6:00pm
