Ada Brock Alford, 78, of Owensboro, KY

OWENSBORO, Ky. - Ada Brock Alford, 78, of Owensboro, KY passed away Saturday, March 9, 2013, at her home. She was born December 17, 1934 in Harlan County, KY to the late Chester and Dorothy Brock. She was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Alford in May 2011.

She is survived by her daughter, Cathy Howard (Bill) of Owensboro; grandchildren, Sarah Rusher Johnson (Nick) of Owensboro , Chris Rusher of Florida and Taylor Howard of Owensboro; and a great grandchild, Jacob Johnson.

There will be no services or visitation. Private burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Owensboro. James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory in Owensboro, KY is in charge of arrangements.
