Francis Paul Litton Jr., 79

OWENSBORO, Ky. - Francis Paul Litton Jr., 79, passed away on March 16, 2013 surrounded by family. He was born on July 28, 1933 in Hagerstown, MD to the late Francis and Carrie Petre.

He is also preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Loryene Donahue.

Francis provided for his family by working as a Truck Driver for George Transfer Trucking where he rode as well as repaired 18- wheeler. He farmed and raised cattle (he loved his cows) and worked as a carpenter who remodeled houses.

He survived by his son, Kevin Litton ( Peggy) of Buffalo, WV; three daughters, Nancy Miller ( Steve) of Hagerstown , MD, Susan Johnson of Bellevue, FL and Robin Sue Sutherland; five grandchildren, James Sutherland, Andrew, Sarah and Jeremy Litton and Melissa Pfanstiel ; one brother, Vernon Lee Litton ( Tanna) of North Myrtle Beach, SC; one sister, Velena May Miller (Stanley) of Hagerstown, MD.

Funeral service will be held Monday at Noon in the chapel of Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Entombment will be held at Rosehill Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation will be held on Monday from 10:00a.m. until Noon.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Hospice of Western KY.
