David Earl Boyd, 66, of McDaniels, KY

OWENSBORO, Ky. - David Earl Boyd, 66, of McDaniels, KY passed away Friday, March 22, 2013, at Breckenridge Memorial Hospital in Hardinsburg, KY. He was born July 3, 1946 in Daviess County, KY to the late James Earl and Ruth Frances Boyd. He was a retired manager from Golden Corral and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include a daughter, Amanda Calhoun of McDaniels, Ky; brothers, Robert Boyd of Leitchfield, KY, Don Boyd of Tennessee, Ron Boyd of Florida, and Carl and James Boyd both of Owensboro; and several nieces and nephews.

Services are at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at the Chapel of James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory in Owensboro. Burial is in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Beech Grove, KY. Visitation is from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Monday and after 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
