OWENSBORO, Ky. - Betty Sue Brown 73, of Sacramento, KY passed away Monday, April 1, 2013 at Baptist Health Madisonville. Betty Sue Vanover was born January 3, 1940 in Daviess County, KY to the late Jessie and Mary Elizabeth Wills Vanover and was married to Roy Brown, Jr. on January 9, 1988. Betty Sue was the office administrator at Crop Production Services in Sacramento, formerly Miles Farm Supply, attended Worthington Chapel United Methodist Church, and was a member of the Sacramento Lions Club. She enjoyed working with the area farmers, caring for her flowers, and spending time with both her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Roy Brown; two sons, Billy Wilson of Bowling Green and Michael Ross Wilson of Knoxville, Tennessee; a step son, Danny Brown of Beaver Dam; a step daughter, Amanda Sue Bates of Island; 10 grandchildren; two brothers, Kenneth Vanover of Panther and Larry Vanover of Jacksonville, Florida; and a sister, Wanda Mauzy of Hartford.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel with the Rev. Michael Strehl officiating. Burial will be in the Worthington Chapel Cemetery in McLean County. Friends may visit with Betty Sue's family from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday and from 9:00 A.M. until time of services Friday at Musters in Calhoun.
