Madisonville Police Report – April 15, 2013

mpd arrestlog6 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (4/15/13) – On Monday, April 15, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 18 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Paris Phipps, 19, of Madisonville was arrested April 12, for Improper Equipment, Failure to give right away to emergency vehicle, Failure to wear seatbelt and Operating on a Suspended/Revoked License. The arresting officer was Heath Owens.
 
Duwayne Moore, 19, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on April 13 for Non-payment of fines, Fleeing /Evading Police, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Resisting arrest. The arresting officers were Richard Cobb, Paul Haynie and Kyle Pharris.
 
William Ruckert, 25, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on April 13 for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.
 
Owen Gamblin, 37, of Madisonville was arrested on April 12, for Leaving a Scene of Accident/Failure to Render Aid or Assistance. The arresting officer was Richard Cobb.
 
Cynthia Leathers, 44, of Greenville was served an arrest warrant on April 12, for Failure to Appear in Court. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.
 
Kenneth Vannoy, 30 of Madisonville was arrested on April 14, for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injuries. The arresting officer was Falon Devore.
 
Oscar Moreno, 44, of Madisonville was arrested on April 14, for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Daniel Cavanaugh.
 
Stevie McNeal, 53, of Madisonville was arrested on April 13, for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.
 
Jason Blanton, 38, of Madisonville was arrested on April 13, for Operating a Motorized Vehicle Under the Influence/Drug/Alcohol – Aggravated
 
Scott Armstrong, 50, of Madisonville was arrested on April 14, for Theft by Deception/Including Cold Checks Under $500.00. The arresting officer was Falon Devore.
 
Mindy Cournoyer, 34, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on April 12, for Failure to Pay Fines. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.
 
Shelia Spivey, 28, of Nortonville was served an arrest warrant on April 12, for Failure to Pay Fines. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.
 
Marcie Locke, 37, of Madisonville was arrested on April 14, for Operating a Motorized Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs. The arresting officer was William Strader.
 
Carmen Snee, 28, of Earlington was served an arrest warrant on April 14, for Operating on a Suspended/Revoked Operator License and Failure to Produce Insurance Card and Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.
 
Brandon Posey, 18, of Madisonville was arrested on April 13, for Serving Warrant for Another County (Daviess). The arresting officer was Jared Ward.
 
Mindy Carlisle, 34, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on April 13, for Non-payment of fines. The arresting officers were William Strader and Richard Cobb.
 
George Wills, 36, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on April 12, for Theft by Deception/Including Cold Checks. The arresting officer was William Strader.
 
Dylan Woolsey, 18, of Manitou was arrested on April 12, for Unlawful Possession of Weapon on School Property.
