Nancy Burden Logsdon 62, of Livermore, KY

OWENSBORO, Ky. - Nancy Burden Logsdon 62, of Livermore, KY passed away Sunday, April 28, 2013 at her home near Livermore. Nancy Burden Logsdon was born December 31, 1950 in Livermore, KY to the late Leonard Lewis and Fannie Bell Adkisson Burden. Nancy was a control room operator at the Big Rivers Electric Corporation – Wilson Plant. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, University of KY Basketball, traveling, and spending time with both her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by a brother, Donnie Burden; and four sisters, Sissie Kossen, Joan Latham, Janice Kay Willis, and Patty Frizzell.

Survivors include two sons, Chris Logsdon and wife, Melissa of Springfield, Tennessee and Nick Logsdon and wife, Brooke of Livermore; a daughter, Micah Towery and husband, Tommy of Utica; six grandchildren, Kaitlynn Logsdon, Zachary Logsdon, Amie Towery, Neil Towery, Aubrey Logsdon, and Kinze Logsdon; a brother, Shirley Burden and wife, Janice of Livermore; and six sisters, Kitty Coffman of Owensboro, Becky Bishop of Hartford, Judy McDaniel of Whitesville, Cherry Kuegel and husband, David of Owensboro, Lynn McCann and husband, David of Russellville, Alabama, and Donna Fielden and husband, Scott of Livermore.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Webb officiating. Burial will be in the St. Charles Cemetery in Livermore. Friends may visit with Nancy's family from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday and from 10:00 A.M. until time of services Wednesday at Musters in Livermore.

The Nancy Logsdon family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Hospice of Ohio County; 107 Gillespie Street; Hartford, KY 42347. Memorial contribution envelopes will be available at Musters in Livermore.
