Utica Resident Charged in Fraud Investigation

credit card theftHENDERSON, Ky. (5/27/13) – Kentucky State Police Post 16 in Henderson has charged an Utica resident with unlawful access to a computer and falsely making or embossing a credit card following the investigation into reports of fraudulent use of a credit card, authorities said.

Ariel Storm was arrested on May 24 after authorities alleged Storm “made multiple purchases in the Owensboro area” with a credit card found in the parking lot of a local convenience store on Ky.
