Max Kennedy, 73, of Apple Valley, California, formerly of Owensboro, Ky

obit-sunrisetreeOWENSBORO, Ky. - Max Kennedy, 73, of Apple Valley, California, formerly of Owensboro, Ky passed away July 2, 2013. Max was a veteran of the Army. He was a tool and die maker at Kentucky Electronics until 1977 and retired from Kipp Mold Group in Ontario, CA. Max was a little league coach. He took his team to State in 1977.

He is survived by his wife, Sherri Kennedy; his children, Cindy and Tod Ralph of Utica, KY, Max and Bernice Kennedy of Owensboro, Denise and Ozzie Arvelo of Covina, CA; Deanna and Scott Goebal of Willston, ND and Kacey Kennedy of San Diego, CA; 18 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.

A memorial service is being held on Saturday, July 6, 2013, at the home of his daughter, Cindy, in Utica, Kentucky. James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory in Owensboro is in charge of local arrangements.
