Sharon Gail Ward, 52, of Owensboro, Ky

obit12OWENSBORO, Ky. - Sharon Gail Ward, 52, of Owensboro, Ky passed away Saturday, July 6, 2013 at her home. She was a native of Owensboro, born to the late Duane C. Ward Sr., and Nora (Nelson) Ward. Sharon was attended Cedar Street Baptist Church, enjoyed music, attending concerts, swimming, flower gardening, traveling, and being with her grandchildren.

Surviving is her son, James Aaron Cook, grandchildren, Jaden and Jaylin Embry, Colton Cook, Taylor Allen, McKenzie Clark, brother and sisters, Barbara Jean Ward, Carolyn Sue Ward, Duane Charles Ward Jr. and nephews, Duane Charles Ward III, and Diamond Shane Ward.

Memorial Services will be 6 P.M. Saturday, July 20, 2013 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with visitation from 12:30 p.m. until service time. Online condolences may be expressed at www.glennfuneralhome.com.
